Lauren Nicholson is a visual artist and illustrator based in Naarm / Melbourne, Australia. She graduated from NMIT (Melbourne Polytechnic) in 2012 with a Bachelor of Illustration.
She uses traditional techniques, experimental mark making and digital media to create layered imagery that is influenced by the power of colour, personal journeys, the natural world, printed matter and memory. Her practice is based around collage, drawing and photography.
